Easy 30-day returns
Not quite right? You can return most items within 30 days of delivery.
What can be returned
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging, with any tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, opened health and feeding items (such as nasal aspirators, gas relief products, spoons, bottles and feeding sets) can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
How to start a return
- Contact us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as returns go to a different address than where they shipped from.
- Once your return arrives and is checked, we'll refund the original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Return shipping
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, we cover the cost: send us a photo and we'll replace it or refund you, often without needing it back. For other returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.
