Standard shipping is free on all orders to addresses in the United States. No minimum spend.
Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll get an email confirmation when your order is placed and another with tracking once it ships.
Delivery times
Our products ship from our fulfillment partners, so delivery times vary by item. You'll see an estimated delivery window at checkout, and you can follow your order with the tracking link we email you. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States only.
Lost, late or damaged packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, your package arrives damaged, or something is missing, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number (and a photo for damaged items). We'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
